    Production Manager
    Portland Oregon

Jesi Robison (she/her) is a Native artist from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation who enjoys designing spaces and systems that spark creativity, invite connection, and honor storytelling. A first-generation college graduate, she earned her B.A. in Spanish and Theater Production Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of Portland.

Most recently, she served as Assistant Festival Director for the Montavilla Jazz Festival. Jesi has also worked with Shadow Machine on several acclaimed stop-motion projects, including Nickelodeon’s The Tiny Chef Show, Peacock’s In the Know, and Netflix’s Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio, in roles ranging from coordinator to assistant director and puppet wrangler.

Active in the theatre community, she continues to design, perform, manage, and direct. Her recent credits include stage management for Empire Strips Back: A Burlesque Parody and the Portland Revels. She currently works as an Event Manager at the Alberta Abbey and as Stage Manager for PSU’s Così fan tutte, performing in Spring 2026. She is excited to join SynchroLicity Collective and support the team as Production Manager.
